Limited
The Shared Services Center of F&N processes thousands of
supplier invoices daily. This has been a labor intensive tasks as each
supplier invoice has to be matched against the PO issed by F&N,
as well as the delivery order and good received recorded by the SAP
used by the organization.
On top of the dauting task of matching invoices, F&N also faced
challenges in locating these documents for satutory requirements.
Using award winning IBM DB2 Content Manager Enterprise and Kofax Ascent
Xtrata Pro as the foundation, Persys architected and developed the user
friendly Automatic Invoice Matching System (AIMS) for the SSC team.
AIMS has been successfully rolled out in May 08 and instant results
have been obvious.

GHL Systems Berhad
GHL is the market leader in the EDC Terminal business in Malaysia, and
other countries within the region. They provide end to end service of
renting, installing and servicing EDC terminals to the merchants.
The Finance Department has experiened some difficulty in collection as
the business grow as it was rather difficult to
locate supporting documents from the operational team when it
comes time for payment. To make things harder, these supporting
documents often are generated by various departments.
Persys was invited to architect and develop an Enterprise Content
Management Solution (ECMS) solution to address this issue. Using the
award winning IBM DB2 Content Manager and Kofax Ascent Capture, Persys
once again deployed the solution within 3 weeks of project kick off.

After the commission of ECMS, providing supporting document for
collection is just a walk in a park. Users no longer need to spend
hours looking for documents as all the information is just one click
away.
