BlueScope Inventory Tracking
System (BITS)
BlueScope Lysaght needed an Inventory Tracking System that could
integrate with its existing accounting system to provide a complete
visibility the level of inventory as well as over inventory tracking.
Persys was engaged to developed the entire BITS from ground up to meet
BlueScope requirements, and the system included the following module:
- Defect Management
- Inventory Control & Tracking
- Advanced Reporting
- Integration to existing ERP
Once completed, BITS was deployed to Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei. Since
its rollout in September 2007, BlueScope has reported 0 defects in the
system.

Metek Production Control
System (MPCS)
Metek Kitamura was established in 1984
and has been a specialist in plating of various products and other
precision plating.
As the company expanded, it was realized that the expensive ERP
solution on the market could not meet their unique requirements at a
reasonable budget. As such, Metek has engaged us to build its
Production Control System (MPCS) for its Banting factory.
After the successful deployment in the Banting factory, its management
has been impressed by Persys's skills and dedication to fulfill its
needs. As such, Persys was awarded for a 2nd project in its much bigger
factory in Seremban.

Volvo Cars Malaysia
Volvo Cars Malaysia needed a user
friendly and comprehensive Business Intelligence Solution. Impressed by
Persys's strong technical skills and quick response time, Volvo and
Persys worked together to deploy a Business
Intelligence solution for its marketing & sales team.
The project was successfully deployed in the beginning of the year
within budget and timeline. Impressed with the result, Volvo awarded
the second phase of the project to Persys and it was completed in Feb
as well.
